“ Trevor was awesome. I had just stopped at Sewell Subaru in Dallas to see if my walker would fit in the back (trunk) of a new Forester. I had checked the website to see all the features and knew I wanted a Forester if the walker fit. I was peeking in the windows of one in the lot and Trevor happened by to offer assistance. I explained my situation, as I was looking to purchase on my own since my husband had recently passed away. After offering his condolences he went to get the keys. The walker slipped in easily and I was sold. We drove around the parking lot there and I immediately felt comfortable. I had been driving Honda CRV’s for many years and the Forester felt somewhat familiar. Trevor patiently explained many of the new features - again “sold”. Trevor was a true example of all the good things I had already heard about Sewell service. He made the buying process simple, showed me around the building, and where I would come for service. Two days later he called to see how I am enjoying my new “Autumn Green Metallic”Forester. I love it. I am sure I will still have questions as I get use to the screen of apps etc, but feel confident when I call I will get the answers I need. Thank you Trevor and Sewell for a great experience. “ A few weeks ago my husband and I purchased a new Subaru Ascent from Sewell in Dallas. It had been 11 years since we had purchased a brand new car. I had been doing some research for a few months on the type of car I wanted and we narrowed it down to a Subaru based on the safety features of the car brand overall. My supervisor always spoke highly of the service she received at Sewell when she got her new car a few years ago and so I only considered Sewell for our next new vehicle. I have never experienced this level of service and sheer kindness from any dealership in the 20 plus years I’ve owned a car.
